+ What is this loyalty & rewards program?

It is a cardless rewards program dedicated to giving back to esteemed guests in the form of benefits, rewards and exclusive perks. As we embark on this new journey, fine tuning is to be expected as we better customise the program for you.

+ How do I sign up for the membership?

Kindly head to https://rewards.1-group.sg and click on Register / Sign Up. Process will only take a couple of minutes.

+ Where can I use my membership at?

Currently, all outlets under 1-Group are applicable under the programme.

+ How do I upgrade my membership tier?

Spend more than $3000 within 3 months and your membership tier will automatically upgrade to Platinum. There is currently two tiers available now — Gold and Platinum. Please reach out to us via email at loyalty@1-group.sg should there be any issues with the membership tier upgrading.

+ Does the membership downgrade or expire?

Gold tier requires a minimum of 1 transaction in a year to maintain the membership. The Platinum tier will be downgraded to the Gold tier if one spends less than $3000 in 3 months.

Sign in via https://rewards.1-group.sg and head to the Rewards section.

+ How do I update my profile details?

Once signed in via https://rewards.1-group.sg, head to My Profile to update your details.

Points & Rewards

+ What are the membership tiers and benefits?

Refer to www.1-group.sg/rewards. Once you have signed up, you may head to the Rewards section to view the plethora of benefits we have for you.

+ How can I earn points?

Points are awarded automatically with every dollar spent at 1-Group when your membership details are provided to our service staff.

+ What can I do with my points?

Points earned may be used to redeem our All-Time Rewards — Dining Vouchers. Head to Rewards > Discover after loggin in to view the details.

Gift Cards

+ How do I purchase Gift Cards?

Gift cards may be purchased via Rewards when you’ve logged in. Payment will be through the interface via credit card.
