JOB OPENING:
Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· To provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department.

· To be knowledgeable in all service techniques.

· To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily.

· To be familiar with all items on the menu.  In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time.

· Customer service and management.

· Event planning and execution.

· Supervising of colleagues and ensuring the cleanliness of the outlet.

· Managing the schedules and provide operation support to Operation Manager.

· Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

· Positive attitude with a passion for service;

· Wiliness to learn new items on food and service;

· Willing to work at night; 

· Positive working attitude and a ready smile;

· Able to work in fast-paced environment;

· To have a willingness to mentor and guide others;

· To provide fast, friendly & efficient service to guest’s need;

· Good team player with strong customer service skill;

· Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
